3. American CEO of Global Investment Services Firm– Assimilation to Japan, create clear team vision & executive presence as CEO. The CEO had contract
extended in Japan & has now taken on global role.

5. One year coaching project with an Executive Committee Member of a Global Pharma preparing the Japanese Organization for major re-organization.

Anthony is one of the leading bi-lingual authorities on coaching in Japan. Having worked with booth Japanese and Multinational Firms, he has served as an Executive Coach and Facilitator for Senior Leaders throughout Japan, Asia and Europe over the past 12 years. Anthony’s involvement with Asia spans more than 25 years. Before commencing his current career, Anthony worked in International Consulting and Corporate Sales Management.
His focus is 1:1 Coaching for Executives (C-Level, EVP, VP and MD Level), facilitating Senior Management teams, as well as running Leadership & Intercultural offsites.
Anthony completed formal coach training in the U.S. accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation). He holds the Newfield Certified Coach credential. He is also Master Coach for ICU Global Leadership Studies, Adjunct Faculty at Temple University & Global Mentor Coach for ICF President program.

Anthony has over a decade of corporate experience based in Asia. Roles held in Japan include Sales Executive, Strategic Development Manager & International Consultant. He has completed projects for both Unisys and Avaya in South Korea & Malaysia.
In Australia, he spent 6 years working in IT Sales and Management especially telecommunications & multimedia outsourcing for companies such as AAPT (Corporate & Government Manager) & Connect Interactive (Asia Pacific Sales Director).
For 2 years in France, Anthony had the opportunity to co-ordinate an International Multimedia project for a European consortium. He speaks conversational French.
He currently serves as Principal Strategist & CEO of PeakBalance Japan LLC.
